There is a 48- hour notice policy for changes to an appointment or cancellation. A no-show or cancellation made within 48 hours of one's appointment will result in a $100 fee ($150 for new intakes). There is grace period of 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After this time, appointments may need to be rescheduled.
If you are feeling suicidal, have a sudden change in symptoms, or side effects of medication, please call (240) 886-1366. After business hours, please call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Additional resources are listed below.
There is a minimum $30 processing fee for the completion of forms to include, but not limited to: schools/camps, FMLA claims, disability forms, bariatric forms.
The self-pay fee is collected at the start of each appointment using your card on file. Fees are as followed:
-Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60-90 minutes): $325
-Follow-up Medication Management & brief psychotherapy (30 minutes): $150
-Follow-up Medication Management *mild (15 minutes): ($100)
